Thanks for a perfect stay. This hotel offers a good central location, very serviceminded and professional staff that noticed and treated me well on my birthday with choclate and wine. Breakfast was super with a wide variety of choices Clean and well equipped rooms that was kept tidy throughout the stay

The staff were especially helpful and friendly. As a woman staying on my own this particularly important and I felt very comfortable. I have stayed in four different hotels in Madrid and this was by far my favourite. I would certainly come back.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our needs. Even though the location was central and we were surrounded by bars and restaurants, we couldn't hear the hustle and bustle from the hotel room. We also found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were effective and always found a moment to say hello.

This hotel is fantastic and perfectly located in the heart of Madrid's historical center. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is impressively large and well-equipped. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Madrid!

From an amazingly welcoming check in - where they were able to point me to a Glutenfree app to make my stay even better to a perfect size room for a city trip. Great beds, nice decoration althrough. The location is perfect, in a great neighbourhood close to many sights. Yes, it's a lively street - so some noise can happen - but you can't have it all. The breakfast was delicious, freshmade pastries and juices. There was a nice glutenfree selection and I was helped by staff to identify what was glutenfree and what was not. My best friend and I had a marvelous stay

The room(s) were wonderful. They gave us a complimentary upgrade and it was actually a three room suite! The bathroom was actually three separate areas! So it cost a bit more, maybe, than other places we have stayed but overall it was worth it (Madrid in fall tourist season can be expensive.) The location is equally centered between the Plaza Mayor and the Prado so it is a comfortable walk to both. We had breakfast at the hotel for both mornings we were there and the breakfast was worth the cost (lot's of warm selections). We took an Uber the next day to the airport - 22euros. We had dinner at "Vietnam" restaurant a few doors down (very good) and the next day at - Bodega de los Secretos (excellent - 12 minute walk) - get a reservation for both. The famous Madrid (oldest restaurant) is just next door and it was closed both days we were there.

The location is amazing and super-convenient for sightseeing, and my room had a beautiful street view but was still totally silent due to top notch soundproofing. The staff are super friendly across the board, and the breakfast was phenomenal and went until noon! Also loved my soaking tub.

Stayed here due to positive reviews. Best part of hotel was friendly & professional staff. Helped with restaurant reservations and directions. Location on quiet street in great neighborhood. Easy walking to sites and quick metro access. Breakfast with variety of foods had long opening hours.

The location is perfect for tourists; 10-15 min walking to Plaza Major and Palace (west) as well as the galleries Retiro park (east). The neighbourhood (Las Letras) is a wonderful area to stay in - especially the frog market on every first Saturday of the month. Inside the hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The decor around the hotel is very good, and the social spaces (restaurant, courtyard and lobby) are great touches. The rooms exceeded our expectations; very clean, comfortable and modern. Also more spacious and quiet, for such a central location in a big city. Really made for a good sleep each night after full days of sightseeing and tapas!
